One formula, forged in the boardroom and the fight of my life.
Cancer has shaped my life since I was 13, when my mother was diagnosed. It returned to my family ten more times, and in 2023 it came for me: breast cancer, the fourth in my immediate family.
In between, I built a career in Silicon Valley as a go-to-market executive, CMO and CRO for companies including Bloomreach, Adify, and WorkBoard, creating market categories and more than $4 billion in market value, as a full-time working mom, through plenty of setbacks and successes.
Both taught me the same thing: the people and teams who build real connection are the ones who come through. I turned my own hardest year into my happiest, and turned that formula into the Curveball Method, now used by more than 100,000 people across tech.
